• PRICE AND DELIVERY COSTS

All prices of products in the store www.emberminiatures.com include taxes (21% VAT). Ember miniatures reserves the right to change prices at any time.

​

Shipping costs will be calculated at the end of the purchase process based on weight and country of destination. Shipping charges will be free on orders equal to or over €150 in Spain and equal to or over €280 for the rest of the world.

​

All shipments are associated with a tracking number that will sent the customer once the order has been processed by the courier service. The preparation period will be a maximum of 72 business hours from receipt of the order.

• PAYMENT METHODS

Ember miniatures accepts payments through Paypal at no additional charge. If you do not have a Paypal account, the payment gateway allows you to use credit cards through Paypal.

• WARRANTY

​

All our products have the corresponding guarantee granted against manufacturing defects. If you notice a manufacturing defect in your product, let us know by sending an email to emberminiatures@gmail.com where we will try to solve your problem and tell you how to return your purchase to us. Said guarantee does not cover those damages that originate in the product due to blows or misuse of the figures. The warranty period is legally established.

Ember miniatures is not responsible for the inappropriate use of the products, which could lead to damage to the user or to third parties. This guarantee excludes defects caused by negligence, blows or improper use.

• RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You have a maximum period of ten (10) days from receipt of the order to exercise your right to exchange or refund. To do this, you must have previously notified your return or change in the email emberminiatures@gmail.com. The amount to be returned will be exclusively that of the product or the products, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer. The refund will be made once Ember miniatures has received the return package and verified that it is in its original packaging and without signs of use.

Ember miniatures is not responsible for possible customs expenses that may cause the shipment of the products, which will be assumed by the client.
